    Marketing Associate

    We are currently seeking applicants for the role of Marketing Associate.  This is an early-career role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented and excited to learn the ins and outs of marketing in a CPG environment. This role will provide exposure to all facets of marketing including brand marketing, marketing communications, partnerships and ecomm.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Product & Sample Management
    • Order product for marketing needs including samples, influencer kits, photoshoots, and promotions
    • Assemble and ship influencer kits and product samples in a timely and organized manner
    • Track inventory of marketing samples and coordinate replenishment as needed
    Marketing Operations & Execution
    • Own and maintain the marketing promotions calendar through strong partnership with Sales, ensuring accuracy and alignment across teams
    • Support new item setup, including collecting and organizing product information and assets
    • Manage execution of Duke Cannon consumer panel, including product fulfillment, timeline tracking and survey question coordination. 
    • Ensure all marketing assets (images, copy, product details) are current and accurately reflected across platforms
    Data & Reporting
    • Pull and organize marketing campaign performance for internal reporting and analysis
    • Support campaign recaps and performance tracking across marketing initiatives
    Digital & E-commerce Support
    • Assist with e-commerce operations, including product setup and updates in Shopify
    • Support email marketing execution and coordination
    • Help ensure promotions and campaigns are accurately executed across digital channels
    • Assist with ratings & review management across platforms
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, e-commerce, or a related field
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Experience working with Shopify, Klaviyo or other commerce platforms (Preferred)
    • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
    • Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to execute flawlessly while prioritizing competing priorities

    SALARY AND BENEFITS
    Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and professional experience. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. Our benefits are top-notch and include health & dental insurance, HSA and 401k programs supported by regular company contributions, a tuition reimbursement program, and monthly parking stipend.  We also host monthly moments of Team camaraderie ranging from community service events to social hours in the Main Lodge (aka the office) to Lunch & Learns covering business, team, and industry topics.
