- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, tea, and smoothies.
- Follow instructions for preparing drinks to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Receive payments and process transactions using a cash register.
- Keep work areas clean and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
