    Description

    Position:
    LVN for pediatric patient on G-tube in Daly City and San Carlos.

    Hours:
    Full-time, 8am-8pm.


    Pay Rate:
    $45-50/hr (case-specific).


    Experience:
    Minimum 1 year required.

    Responsibilities:

    Provide skilled nursing care, document care, assess patient condition, report changes, participate in care planning, take nursing actions, educate patients and families, comply with regulations.


    Requirements:

    Graduate of accredited nursing school, current state LVN license, CPR certification, proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation, continuing education as required.

    Preferences: 6 months recent experience in clinical care or home health.

    Skills/Abilities:
    Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving, communication.
    Physical
    Requirements:

    Ability to lift 50 pounds, reposition patients, walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, twist, sit, climb stairs, have visual and hearing acuity, and respond to emergencies.


    Environment:
    Function in various environments, possible exposure to allergens, blood, bodily fluids, and infectious diseases.
