Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineer/Planner with strong estimating experience to join our aerospace manufacturing team. You will be the bridge between customer requirements and our production floor, responsible for transforming technical drawings into executable manufacturing plans.Responsibilities
- Work with the estimating team present accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and overhead for new quotes and contract renewals.
- Review and Analyze complex customer-supplied 2D blueprints and 3D models (GD&T) to determine manufacturing feasibility and technical requirements, for planning and estimating.
- Determine raw material requirements, specialized tooling needs, and calculate machine time for CNC mills, lathes or other equipment.
