The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the purchase of equipment, supplies and services contract management and bid process management while ensuring compliance with State of Georgia Purchasing guidelines.
- Prompt efficient service is provided in procurement of services supplies and equipment to include emergency purchases li Processes purchase requests issues purchase orders change orders in accordance with established purchasing rules regulations Review purchase order status regularly follow up with vendors employees shipment receipt goods backup documentation Maintains Procurement Procedure Manual file maintenance Maintains spreadsheets bids agency contracts leased equipment maintenance contracts Evaluates vendor contract performance Prepares bids request proposals developing soliciting evaluating awarding contracts posting bid awards Ga. Procurement Registry Prepare requests State Board Approval certain purchases Acts liaison TCSG Purchasing point contact employee compliance purchasing questions training Compiles yearly Non-Profit Organizations Contract Report Compiles yearly Security Immigration Report Compile yearly listing new leases year-end reporting Maintains spreadsheet bond maintenance repairs renovation special funds purchase orders Works Purchasing Assistant monitor workflow Completion Purchase GCPM Certification PCard Certification Other work-related duties assigned Supervisor
