- Be skilled at survey design, execution, and analysis

- A Master's degree in Business Consulting, Computer Science, Social Sciences, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Familiarity with creating and running focus groups on a variety of issues such as performance management, expertise development, and strategic direction.
