    Job Title: Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls
    • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
    • Respond to customer inquiries (written and verbal)
    • Research problems and process documents for successful resolution
    • Ensure accurate and complete information using right methods/tools
    • Handle routine and non-routine calls with minimal deviation from standard procedures

    About You:
    • High school diploma and 1+ year of customer service experience
    • Strong typing and basic computer skills

    Preferred Skills:
    • Working knowledge of MS systems (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

    Behaviors:
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Maintains professionalism with clients and builds positive rapport with every caller
