PREMIER NATIONAL LAW FIRM s seeking anassociate specializing in First Party Property to join their dynamic legal team. This role provides an opportunity to apply yourexpertise in a collaborative and supportive environment while honing their litigation skills.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

Legal Research:

• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies and arguments.
• Review, evaluate, and prepare cases for trial. Drafting Pleadings.

Prepare legal documents, including complaints, responses to motions to dismissand motions for summary judgment.
Engage in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution methods. Prepare for and attend depositions, gathering crucial information for cases. Prepare and respond to discovery requests and address associated issues. Represent clients at court hearings and present legal arguments. · Maintain consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged. Admission to the Florida Bar· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Minimum three (3) years of practice in first party property law ·
