- Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, ensuring that patients and their families are well-informed, supported and comfortable throughout their treatment journey.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and radiologists to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest advancements in breast surgical oncology bringing new approaches and technology to the practice and community when appropriate.
- Education: Provide education and support to patients, families and the community regarding breast cancer prevention, screening and treatment options.
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Board certification in Surgery and Surgical Oncology
- Completed fellowship training in Breast Surgical Oncology
- CA medical license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Team-oriented breast surgeon with a proven track record of at least 1 year of experience in the field.

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Breast Surgical Oncologist for our clients growing team in Fresno, California. This role will embrace patient-focused care through close cooperation with our well-established, multi-disciplinary team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:
Salary: $400k-$420k (plus generous bonus) with Multiple Year Salary Guarantee. The range listed is exclusively for base compensation for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
