Our client, a global, billion dollar, materials testing company is looking for a General Manager for one of their most exciting labs in the US This is an opportunity to lead a CRO specializing in the testing of medical devices on humans. Ideal candidates will have a clinical background, and experience leading a CRO with full P/L responsibility.

This role is onsite in Boulder, CO. Local candidates are encouraged to apply. The client is also happy to provide relocation assistance for candidates located elsewhere

Responsibilities:

• Full P/L responsibility for a CRO, driving and forecasting growth
• Oversee all operational duties- sales, quality, customer satisfaction, staffing
• Manage a team of 40

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of management experience in the medical device field, with some of that experience in a CRO (contract resource organization)
• Proven success managing a full P/L
• Charismatic & involved leader- energized to drive growth
• Clinical background highly preferred

This role pays a competitive base salary, bonus, stock options, car allowance and other incentives.
