Who we areWe provide Headers and Exhaust with "Superior Engineering and Performance Excellence" Kooks has been in business since 1962, and we invite you to be a part of our excellent team of innovator's taking Kooks to the next levelWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer to join our team.

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the high standards of our products through the development and implementation of effective quality control processes.

Quality Control Processes:
Develop and implement robust quality control processes to ensure product compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Data Analysis:
Analyze product and process data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement. Utilize statistical tools to make data-driven decisions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to address quality concerns, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement

Audits and Inspections:
Conduct regular internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with regulatory agencies as needed.

Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to quality standards, procedures, and processes. Ensure documentation accuracy and accessibility. Experience with the creation of SOP's and TWI's to ISO9001 standards.

Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and identify root causes of quality issues. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified problems.

Training:

Provide training to team members on quality control processes, standards, and best practices to enhance overall product quality awareness.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of ISO9001, quality control methodologies, statistical analysis, and relevant industry standards. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work a Monday-Friday 40+hours.
