    We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative\Legal Assistant to join our growing team to help with the organization and running of the daily operations at The Tyson Law Firm. Our practice consists of Personal Injury and Criminal Defense.
    The ideal candidate will be a hard-working reliable individual able to undertake a variety of law office/support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion and a multi-tasker. This person will treat our clients with care and concern as if they were speaking to a loved family member.

    Responsibilities:
    Answering phone calls
    Conduct initial in-take process and gather detailed information for Attorney(s)
    Greeting clients and signing up/interviewing new clients.
    Calendaring dates online.
    Collecting payments.
    Filing documents.
    Gather case information from a variety of sources.
    Upkeep firm information/excel sheets etc.
    Run miscellaneous errands (i.e., drop off mail).
    Keeping office/work area clean.
    Scan closed files ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
    Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence.

    Skills:
    Must have excellent customer service skills: a people person that is patient, likes to talk, and loves to help people
    Must be Bilingual-Spanish and English.
    Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
    Must be able to consistently be at the office 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.
    Must have excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Must have analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
    Must have strong written and verbal communication and research skills.
    Must be able to perform all general duties on a daily basis.
    Must be able to work nights and weekends.

    Education:
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
    Work Location:
    • In person.
    Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM.
    • Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job.
    Travel requirement:
    • No travel.
