Lean

Manufacturing Engineer

to join their Workplace Furnishings Operations (WFO) team at the

HON
Facility

in Cedartown, Ga.

As a Lean Manufacturing Engineer, you will use your lean manufacturing skills to perform a variety of engineering activities as they impact our manufacturing operations.

This can encompass improvements or modifications in production processes, recommendations of changes in procedures, as well as monitoring operations to ensure compliance with approved methods and quality standards.

These roles require strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.

With this, you will capture critical knowledge of many facets of operations, as well as opportunities for long-term career growth.

If you hold a

Bachelors' Degree in Engineering,

enjoy challenges and embrace continuous improvement, the Manufacturing Engineer role is an excellent opportunity

Manufacturing Engineer

Investigate and resolve work-in-process problemsRecommend and implement improvements or modifications for manufacturing processes, equipment utilization, and related matters.

Confer with other engineers to clarify and resolve problemsMonitor operations to assure complianceWhat it takes:

Bachelors' Degree in EngineeringAble to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship2 years of work experience specific to engineering; internships and co-ops will be consideredStrong problem-solving capabilitiesLean Manufacturing principles including RCI, 3P, Value Stream Mapping, and statistical analysis.
