- Provide outstanding beverage service to patrons with professionalism and courtesy.
- Accurately and efficiently take and process drink orders, ensuring adherence to established recipes and standards.
- Utilize a Point of Sale (POS) system proficiently for order input, payment processing, and sales tracking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including bar tops, glassware, and service stations.
- Monitor guest alcohol consumption, adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with other team members, including bartenders, to ensure prompt order delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene practices.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned.

- Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a bartender or similar customer service role is preferred.
- Must hold valid OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card upon hire.
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and dedication to providing high-quality service.
- Capable of lifting/pushing/pulling a moderate amount of weight.
