- Develops systems engineering plans
- Establishes and manages digital representations of the system's technical baselines using Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE)/SysML and various modeling and simulation tools.
- Establishes a technical foundation to create on-ramps to rapidly integrate new capabilities
- Develop program descriptions/plans, and establish integrated roadmaps in support of program priorities.
- Reviews and prioritizes customer requirements and analyzing project costs and feasibility.
- Develops systems analysis and methodologies consistent with technical requirements and reviews recommendations for systems improvement
