    As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to union members, handling inbound phone calls, emails, and other documentation requests.

    You will serve as the first point of contact for inquiries regarding contracts, employment rights, benefits, and more. Additionally, you will assist with membership enrollment, grievance procedures, and participation in various civic engagement activities.


    Responsibilities:
    Answering 40+ inbound phone calls per day from members
    Documenting calls using computer systems
    Processing emails and other documentation requests
    Assisting with grievances and membership inquiries
    Providing information on employment benefits and healthcare enrollment
    Supporting workers in registering for training courses
    Participating in civic engagement activities
    Providing translation and interpretation services as needed

    Payrate:
    $25.65 per hour

    Direct Hire opportunity

    Benefits include:

    Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday – Friday)

    Candidate Requirements:
    Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin language
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Strong English-speaking skills
    Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year)
    Previous call center experience preferred
    Critical thinking aptitude
    Stable work history
    Computer/technical skills
