Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to union members, handling inbound phone calls, emails, and other documentation requests.
Responsibilities:
Answering 40+ inbound phone calls per day from members
Documenting calls using computer systems
Processing emails and other documentation requests
Assisting with grievances and membership inquiries
Providing information on employment benefits and healthcare enrollment
Supporting workers in registering for training courses
Participating in civic engagement activities
Providing translation and interpretation services as needed

$25.65 per hour

Candidate Requirements:
Fluent in Cantonese/Mandarin language
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong English-speaking skills
Previous customer service experience (at least 1 year)
Previous call center experience preferred
Critical thinking aptitude
Stable work history
Computer/technical skills
