    Judson Group has been retained by an RIA with a national presence in their search for a

    Wealth Advisor .

    This individual will support the firm advisors and other team members by providing comprehensive financial planning with existing and prospective clients.

    They will be responsible for developing financial plans, managing client relationships, reviewing portfolio performance with clients, investment analysis, and performing research regarding complex client issues.

    The ideal candidate has 4+ years of client facing wealth management experience with a strong background in financial planning and a high attention to detail.

    This person will need to be a team player who has the desire/ability to work successfully with others and should have strong client facing skills.

    There is tremendous ability for growth in both the medium and long term for the individual who fills this role.


    Responsibilities:
    Assist advisors with investment analysis, retirement/cash flow projections, research, tax planning, and implementation of recommendations as needed.
    Create client presentations and assist with client meetings.
    Handle client-related requests and account service inquiries.
    Organize and analyze financial data received from new and existing clients.
    Monitor client portfolios and communicate updates and recommendations.
    Assist clients with implementation of recommended and agreed-upon strategies.

    Work with firm team, including supporting and assisting advisors, investment strategists, and senior advisors to deliver advice and build client relationships.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree required; Series 65 preferred, CFP or CFP track highly preferred.
    4+ years' experience in an RIA or similar firm required.
    Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
    Previous experience inputting and managing client case work within CRM database.
    Ability to work independently and collaborate/communicate well in a team environment.
