    JOB SUMMARY: To assist with management of staffing resources in the nursing department for the evening shift.

    Staffing Coordinator - Evening Shift

    SHIFT: 12:30pm-9pm

    Status: Full-time, with an every other weekend requirement. (Weekend hours will be 7am-3:30pm)

    Responsibilities:

    Prepares daily staffing schedules and updates according to facility needs, assuring appropriate staffing for the delivery
    of patient care. Consistently adheres to fiscal standards for the department established by the SVP.

    Accurately enters and maintains schedule and attendance records. Reviews electronic timesheets and actively
    participates in the payroll process.

    Receives call outs and enters data into the time and attendance system. Procures supplemental personnel through
    contact with flex staff and agencies.

    Prepares accurate reports for tracking, trending and financial review.

    Keeps nursing management informed of critical staffing situations. Actively works to resolve critical concerns rapidly.

    Maintains license information for agency personnel; addresses problems appropriately and in a timely manner.

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or equivalency
    • Must be detailed oriented
    • Advanced Computer Skills
    • 2+ Years Experience in clinical staffing
    • KRONOS experience is preferred
