Duties

• Performs a variety of trades and craft duties involving maintenance, repair and improvement of facilities.
• Assists in the maintenance and repair of the grounds; cuts grass, plants, trims hedges, trees and shrubbery.
• The incumbent may be required to operate a 1⁄2 Ton up to 1 Ton motor vehicle to and from worksite to transport material and personnel.
• Duties require the use of trade practices associated with carpentry, painting, and laboring work.
• Assists in the maintenance and repair of building exteriors.
