    responsibilities:

    The objective of this position is to lead a maintenance team and ensure effective and efficient coordination of all manufacturing maintenance and support activities. Specifically, this role will ensure manufacturing operations are supported, and any necessary corrective or preventive maintenance will include appropriate job plans, materials, manpower estimates, safety, change control, and permitting. This is a full-time, site-based role in Lantheus' No. Billerica, MA manufacturing campus.

    • Leads a team of 4-6 mechanics/technicians to execute maintenance and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and manufacturing-utilities
    • Establishes strong working relationships with key manufacturing customers/partners and demonstrates accountability with a focus of customer service and compliance.
    • Applies knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes, and discretion in assessing potential alternatives
    • Collaborates with the Asset Care team to ensure that MRO spare parts inventory levels are adequately maintained taking direct ownership of inventory cycle counting activities.
    • Develops plans for inventory spare parts levels using maintenance forecast and historical data.
    • Coordinates GMP and non-GMP maintenance work activities as they relate to both internal and external resources, working with area managers and subject matter experts to optimize resources. Schedules all contractor work associated with planned jobs to ensure training requirements are met, POs are in place and all other prerequisites are completed to facilitate execution of work. Ensures GMP and non-GMP maintenance work is completed and documented in the most efficient and compliant manner in alignment with Lantheus Quality Management Systems.
