    Sr. Operations Analyst Role:
    This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify operational inefficiencies, implement solutions, and improve workflows. The Sr. Operations Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, measure results, and optimize processes to align with Lodge's strategic goals.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with various departments to analyze operational data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the efficiency of operations.
    • Provide detailed analysis and reports on business performance to senior leadership.
    • Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and develop actionable solutions.
    • Lead and participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving operational processes.
    • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and technologies to streamline operations.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time operational insights.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and within-budget execution.
    • Assist with forecasting and resource planning to support business objectives.
    • Provide guidance and training to junior analysts and team members as needed.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in operations analysis or related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
    • Strong project management skills with experience in process improvement initiatives.
    • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
