Job Summary:
Works under the supervision of the Environmental Services Manager.
Responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of residents' quarters, (including Villas), dining areas, lounges, offices, restrooms, laundry rooms, storage and equipment areas, and all other public and private areas of the facility as scheduled.
Responsible for all cleaning supplies, equipment used. Willing to assist co-workers in housekeeping and laundry.Maintain a safe and clean environment at the Community through proper use of Germicidal cleaning products and infection control practices.
Knowledge of MSDS (material safety data sheets), PPE (personal protective equipment), and perform all duties in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Understand and practice all related departmental policies and procedures. Demonstrate an interest for the special needs of the elderly through consideration, understanding and a friendly, helpful attitude. Understand, support and practice mission values as established at Holy Cross Village.
