    Mobile Service Manager

    The Mobile Service Manager directs and supervises the efficient and profitable operations of the mobile service department in the truck and bus service environment. This key role encompasses tech efficiency, effective customer retention, cost controls, and the achievement of service objectives while maintaining accurate service and training records. The Mobile Service Manager ensures the consistent utilization of technicians' time and seamless service delivery to customers.
