Beverage Prep Cook Needed for Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday / 4-10pm (about 18 hours per week)

Golden Diner is an intimate and welcoming Asian diner located near Manhattan's Lower East Side. Do You Have These Skills & Experience?

• 1+ years of relevant restaurant/cooking experience
• Able to understand and follow a prep schedule
• Moderate knife skills
• Able to follow a recipe
• Prepare FOH items, including but not limited to juices, syrups, beverages, garnishes
• Prep for things like juices, coffee/tea service, cocktails, garnishes, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Availability on weekends, holidays, and late nights (our restaurant closes at 10pm)
• Ability to perform physical requirements of position including standing and walking for extended periods of time, bending, pulling, pushing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 pounds
