- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in preparing, sanding, stripping wood or metal surfaces for primer application; polishing and buffing; touch-up painting by hand; or technical school certification in related field.
- Ability to interpret information furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Capacity to lift and carry 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Visual capacity and muscular dexterity to work on fine detail, high-cost products with minimal errors/rework.
- Proficiency in using standard spray paint equipment: paint guns, sanding equipment, dual-action orbital sander, and common hand tools.
- No abnormal allergies to paint-related products that produce fumes/dust when used.
- Ability to use a respirator properly.
- Capable of entering/exiting aircraft using steps/stairs and working in confined spaces.
- Aircraft cabinetry finish experience is desirable.
- Problem-solving capabilities related to practical challenges within the role.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Execute finishing tasks for new business jet models following technical guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment adhering to all safety protocols.
- Permanent position with overtime paid at standard rates.
- Shifts available include 4/10 Monday-Friday days/nights and 3/12 Friday-Sunday days/nights.
