    Lakeview Clinic, an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers, seeks exceptional Family Medicine Physician.

    • Join an established, collegial group of 26 FM providers (16 physicians, 10 APPs).
    • Outpatient only
    -32 direct patient hours

    • Flexible practice scope and volume; 18 ppd on average with ability to add patients to your schedule real time
    • Newborn nursery rounding option and teaching opportunities for interested candidates
    COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

    • Competitive base salary

    -2-year partnership track
    • Flat hierarchy
    • Partner earnings in the high 400s + lucrative investment dividends
    • Up to 43.
    5k in profit sharing helps shareholders maximize their pretax retirement savings
    -30k in recruitment incentives
    -5 weeks PTO (7 weeks year 3 and up to 9 weeks year 15)
    -6 paid holidays
    -12 early-out / late-in days

    • Fully paid family health/dental, LTD a 35k value
