    Location: Iselin, NJ (2-3 Days Onsite/Remote)

    Salary: $100,000 - $112,000/yr on W2, Direct Hire

    Requirements:

    • Total of 15 years experience with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in the Cyber Security industry in roles of customer service / success / Sales Engineer.
    • Fluent English and excellent communication skills and ability to foster positive business relationships.
    • Cybersecurity Technical skills and IT / BFSI industry background preferred.
    • Experience analyzing and optimizing the existing processes in the Service Delivery
    • Highly organized and able to multi-task
    • Self-driven and proactive nature
    • Patient and active listener
    • Ability to work independently in a high velocity environment.
    • Certification like CISSP, CISM, PMP, CRISC are preferred.

    Job Description and Duties:

    • Identify and qualify new opportunities, you'll build relationships with key decision-makers and deliver tailor-made solutions that cater to the unique needs of each customer.
    • Collaboration is key, and as an Account Management Partner, you'll work closely with other sales team members to ensure a seamless account management process.
    • Together, you'll execute every aspect flawlessly, from the initial prospecting stage to closing deals and beyond. Not only will you lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts, but you'll also be the driving force behind generating new opportunities and expanding existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities.
    • Candidates who can revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability.
    • Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections, bringing the very best of cybersecurity services to the table and building trusted relationships with top-level executives.
    • As an Account Management Partner, you'll be at the forefront of driving proactive account growth. You'll focus on not only selling new offerings but also minimizing erosion in renewals, ensuring that our largest accounts continue to flourish and thrive.
    • Act as a strategic mastermind responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge account strategies.
    • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and final project reports.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments such as R&D, manufacturing, operations, and regulatory affairs to ensure project goals are met for organizations Cyber Security requirements.
    • Extensive experience in running transformation initiatives across global stakeholders at scale and stakeholder management and should have self-driven initiatives / transformation as per projects requirement independently post CISO/CIO approvals.
    • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent project delays or cost overruns.
