- Analyze deals using comps, market data, site visits, and trend research to determine true investment value
- Negotiate contracts and overcome objections with clarity and confidence
- Structure and prepare letters of intent, purchase agreements, and related documentation
- Collaborate with buyers, investors, and partners to ensure smooth closings
- Help design and refine marketing strategies that attract off-market and motivated sellers
- Research and identify new investment models, partnership structures, and geographic opportunities

- Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred
