Regulatory Reporting Governance Manager - Charlotte

Job summary
This role involves implementing and managing regulatory reporting risk frameworks in alignment with second line of defense risk programs. It also entails indirectly leading a team of professionals providing direction and guidance for aggregated oversight and governance for all risk types inherent in the regulatory reporting function.The position requires proactive identification of changes that may impact controls within the regulatory reporting production framework. Participating in assessments requirements for ongoing regulatory reporting risk governance frameworks is also necessary.
Fostering relationships between senior financial management leaders, peers, and business partners to ensure common goals are met is another key responsibility.
