- Conducting thorough inspections of damaged floors to determine the extent of repairs required and any other underlying issues
- Perform repairs on various types of flooring materials including hardwood and laminate
- Replace damaged sections of flooring as necessary and ensuring quality integration with existing floor
- Prepare surfaces for repair or installation by cleanings, sanding, leveling or priming as required
- Assist with installation of new flooring materials while following industry practices and manufacturer guidelines
- Apply finishes, coatings and sealants to protect and enhance appearance
- Interact professionally with customers and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Maintain accurate documentation or work performed
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven work experience in floor repair, installation or other related fields
- Proficient in using tools and common floor repair equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted and stand, sit, stoop for majority of shift
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable transportation

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
