About The Role
Sales Representative / Kitchen Designer
Here at Wren, we handle everything ourselves—from a free home measure and design service, to manufacturing our kitchens in our state-of-the-art,1million sq. ft. factory in Pennsylvania, to delivering straight to our customers' doors.
- You will play a vital role in helping our customers turn their kitchen dreams into reality, providing the best customer service every step of the Wren way.
- By approaching customers to promote the Wren brand, you get to understand their needs and generate leads and appointments through genuine connection.
- Using our state-of-the-art technology, you'll help customers to design their dream kitchen, working with endless possible combinations of colors, styles and cabinet sizes.
- Enjoy a starting salary of $18.85 per hour with unlimited earning potential through uncapped commission, with annual on target earnings of $60,000-$65,000.

About You
What you will bring to Wren:
- Enthusiasm and an eagerness to learn is vital. If you are used to working and thriving in a commission-based sales environment, this could be the role for you
- Experience in a similar industry is preferred, but those who have a strong sales background, who are looking to move into a new role, are welcome to apply
- Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability required
