    Are you looking to work in a private, modern dental practice with an amazing team? Then we are looking for you We are a private multi-specialty practice located in Cambridge, MA with free parking seeing a permanent full-time dental hygienist to join us. We are open Monday to Friday. No weekends.

    We would like to find someone who enjoys their career and is the best at what they do. A positive and reliable person with a can do attitude to complement our already amazing and established dental practice.

    Responsibilities:

    · Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque and tarter, and applying fluoride treatments.

    · Conduct patient assessments, including oral health screenings and reviewing medical history.

    · Take dental x-rays and perform other medical imaging procedures as needed.

    · Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommend dations for at-home care.

    · Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software.

    · Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.

    · Adhere to strict infection control protocols to prevents the spread of disease.

    Experience:

    · Minimum of (2+) years of experience as a Dental Hygienist (new graduates also welcome to apply).

    · Proficiency in medical terminology related to dental procedures and conditions.

    · Knowledge of aseptic technique and infection control practices.

    · Familarity with dental imaging techniques and equipment.

    · Strong patient assessment skills to identify oral health issues and evelop appropriate treatment plans.

    · Experience using Dentrix or Eaglesoft software or similar dental management software.

    Skills:

    · Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and explain dental procedures.

    · In-depth knowledge of dental anatomy and oral health conditions.

    · Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and treatment planning.

    · Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced dental office environment.
