Position Overview:
The Armani / Casa Showroom Manager is responsible for producing sales and building business relationships for the Armani / Casa brand. The Showroom Manager is expected to interact with clients and develop new relationships through outside presentations, cold calling, client meetings and networking. Must have a keen understanding of the interior design industry, as well as ability to seek out and grow new business partnerships.
Description of Responsibilities:
To achieve and surpass business goals
To provide and maintain a proactive business plan while maintain peak productivity in all areas
To ensure smooth operation of boutique at all times
To recruit, develop, guide and train a staff that is dedicated to driving the business
To ensure all merchandise is handled appropriately and inventory is accounted for and monitored
To oversee the Operations function of the New York showroom by managing the areas of shipping/receiving, point-of-sale, human resources, building maintenance and operating budgets/invoicing/expenses

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

College degree preferred
5+ years of experience in luxury home furnishings sales
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
