- Enter and verify all new resident information
- Complete routine intake follow up for timely processing
- Assist third party billing with rejections as needed
- Assist with hospice queue as needed
- Assist conversion team with entering and verifying patients in newly converted facilities
- Ensure that all billing information for every resident in system is accurate to maximize efficiencies in reimbursement
- Communicate with facilities to assess patient's status in the admissions process
- Collaborate with other facility medical personnel to ensure appropriate recommendations and admissions
- Process routine daily reports
- Able to meet productivity requirements as outlined by supervisor
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- 1-year word processing and/or data entry experience required
- 1-year customer service experience required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills required
- Must be able to actively contribute to a positive team environment
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, remain focused, and work independently
- Must be detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What will an Admissions Representative do every day?
Admissions Representative requirements will include:
Only an individual who is reliable and have a solid work history will be seriously considered for the position. A completed pre-employment drug screen and background check will be conducted.
This hourly position is Monday thru Friday, eight hour shifts falling between the hours of 8am and 6:30pm with rotating weekend shifts. Flexibility is a must.
