- Start the day by opening the store at 6 am
- Bake sufficient cookies to keep stock available for customers
- Handle customer orders efficiently
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Capable of performing all store positions
- Ensure quality control of dough, cookies, and frosting
- Train other bakers
- Allocate bakers to designated stations
- Manage incoming calls
- Prepare for the next day's operations
- Maintain store cleanliness standards

Our inviting, contemporary, fast-moving cookie shop is in need of a morning shift leader to help kickstart the store operations most mornings. With a changing weekly menu featuring different cookies each week, we craft dough, frosting, and bake fresh cookies in-house on a daily basis for our loyal fans. Our shift leaders collaborate closely with managers to ensure a constant supply of fresh cookies.

Requirements:
It all began with a big dream, two adventurous cousins, and a blend of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) & Sawyer Hemsley (COO). Together, they leaped into the baking world, facing challenges, failed recipes, and embarrassing cookie attempts before deciding to share their 'perfect cookie quest' with the public. Through feedback and recipe testing, a tradition still followed at Crumbl, they eventually crafted the world's finest chocolate chip cookie.
