Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to be the primary testing resource supporting two development teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive test plan and create test cases for new features and stories.
• Automate testing using Java and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) Framework.
• Contribute to the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline and enhance its capabilities.
• Execute manual test cases and perform exploratory testing of the application.
• Participate in sprint planning and design meetings to ensure quality at the earliest stages.
• Design automated software test procedures and identify quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Experience automating full test suites with Java, Selenium, TestNG, and BDD framework.
• Solid knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Experience testing applications in the cloud, preferably using Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Demonstrable ability to drive and measure quality metrics.
• Experience with Java, Selenium WebDriver, and previous experience working as a QA automation engineer.
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to Agile Scrum processes.

The successful candidate will be based in either Denver, St. Louis, or Charlotte and will work from the office 3 days a week and remotely 2 days a week.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
