    This role is chartered with management of CSG's most strategic partners globally.

    In addition to leading a WW team of strategic partner managers, this individual will be expected to also build strong executive relationships across our ecosystem of strategic partners.

    Internally, the SPM Director will represent our partner GTM, requirements, and considerations at a senior level in collaboration with other leaders across the business jointly leading to dynamic growth for CSG and our most strategic partners globally.*SPM team strategic vision and GTM*Hire, Retain, and Inspire Strategic Partner Management team*Growth and professional development of Strategic Partner Managers*Orchestrate (w/enablement team, BU) sales training and enablement for Strategic Partners*Executive engagement and coordination within strategic partner ecosystem*Collaboration with Enterprise and Commercial sales teams to align overall GTM strategies and customer engagement mode*Collaboration with Partner Programs Leadership to drive world class partner experience*Collaboration with WW Distribution leadership to drive alignment and operational efficiency*Alignment with BU leadership to drive collaboration and sales play execution within strategic partnersCompensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges.

    Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

    NYC generally ranges; $229,198-$254,664 CA generally ranges; $239,162-$265,736 All other locations fall under our General State range; $199,302-$221,447 Benefits may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Cloud Software Group and the country where you work.
