- Responsible for the timely processing of payment allocations, refunds and account terminations within the system and the subsequent account corrections, refunds and title release processes associated with the requests.
- Processing may include communication with internal and external customers and dealers.
- This process requires extensive research, as well as following strict quality guidelines for the required information to complete the designated work items.
- The team processes almost 25,000 work items per month so the candidates are required to have a minimum of one year of Account Receivables or Banking experience.
- High school diploma
- College Preferred with a degree in Accounting or Finance highly desired
- At least 1 year of in Accounts Receivable or Banking required
- Job experience and/or education in other Accounting related fields is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Adaptable to changes and multifunctional
- Analytical Skills
