About The Role

The Upper Body Assembly Engineer / Senior Technician is responsible for the assembly of upper body products, including dry box and refrigerated (reefer) units.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, thorough knowledge of assembly processes, and the ability to work effectively within a production environment to ensure quality and efficiency

What You'll Do

Perform assembly of upper body products, including dry box and reefer units, in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions

Operate and maintain assembly tools and equipment safely and effectively
Ensure proper use of materials and components during the assembly process
Identify and report assembly issues, defects, or process improvements
Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement
Comply with all safety, quality, and production standards

Qualifications

Engineer or Senior Technician background in mechanical or related fields

Proven experience in upper body assembly, preferably dry box and/or reefer products
Strong understanding of assembly line operations, tools, and materials
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and assembly documentation
Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Manufacturing and assembly line setting
