    Job Description Job Description West Coast Entertainment is the Northwests leading event planning company. Since 1978, weve worked with high schools, corporate and non-profit clients, individuals, and groups. Entertainment is our passion. We sell and execute fun 400 times a year.

    Casino Parties, Corporate Picnics, Outdoor Movies, and High School Graduation events are our main categories of fun, but we will do anything that entertains.

    We have an amazing team and we need one more.

    We are now looking for our Operations Leader We cant stress how important this position is and what an impact you will makeThis is a work-from-home position with frequent trips to our warehouse space as needed.

    In addition to pay, a strong bonus and health/dental benefits are a team of sales staff by executing over 400 entertainment events a year including mock casino parties, outdoor movie cinemas, high school graduation parties, and corporate picnics.

    Strategic planning and execution of multiple entertainment events each night.
    Lead 200 part-time gig workers.
    Managing the Warehouse including inventory and organization.
    Hiring, training, and onboarding new employees.
    Walk-throughs of venues during the sales cycle.
    Facilitate the maintenance of a small fleet of vehicles. Assist in the acquisition of other vehicles.
    Frequent local travel to warehouse space, venues, and events.
    Support operations staff for loading/unloading trucks, event setup, and managing events.
    Learn and train employees for casino games for mock casino parties including poker, roulette, craps, and blackjack. This may include attending training in Las Vegas or equivalent.
    QualificationsHigh School diploma or equivalent. College education preferred.
    Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Possess a high degree of organizational skills.
    Strong Customer Service skills.
    Excellent written and verbal Human Relations and Communications skills.
    Ability to lift 70 pounds.
    Ability to use power tools such as jig saw, table saw, drills, and air tools to repair equipment.
    Drivers license and a clean driving record.

    Ability to attend industry conferences in Las Vegas and/or Orlando as needed for new equipment purchases or learning best practices.

    Experience with AV equipment preferred (outdoor cinema), but not required (will train).Experience with casino games a plus, but not required (will train).Experience with DJ equipment and setup, but not required.
