    Job Title: Executive Personal Assistant

    Location: Montecito, CA (Relocation Required)

    Seeking a seasoned Executive Personal Assistant to support professional and personal endeavors including 8 months of travel departing in May.

    Compensation: k

    Responsibilities:

    Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence.

    Coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries, often for extended periods, months at a time.

    Act as a liaison between the executive and various stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up on action items.

    Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

    Requirements:

    Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a high-profile environment.

    Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all levels with tact and diplomacy.

    Flexibility to accommodate heavy travel schedules, including extended periods away from home.

    Willingness to relocate to the Santa Barbara area and be available for occasional after-hours support.
