    Job Description

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    • To execute incoming (in house/outsource) measurement - visual inspection of metal and plastic parts and outgoing quality assurance materials.
    • To perform inspection piece parts from incoming machine product and final inspection (spare part, sub assembly, assembly, and system) per drawing.
    • Continually identify and standardize/improvement inspection methods to minimize inspection time, consistency and work with Quality Engineer for solutions then verify effectiveness.
    • Work closely with Quality Engineer/Team to understand the customer feedback/requirements to set delivery spec then supports develop/update QA work instruction (basic functionalities) to prevent defect escape to end user/customer.
    • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills. Well organized and able provide accurate and on-time results/meet deadlines
    • Analyze Customer Feedback using Microsoft Dynamic NAV with QE and Team to validate E-drawing to close all identified issues. Define, develop, and implement Quality System Engineering strategies, to contribute to Manufacturing, Assembly, and Quality strategic directions.
    • Utilize Microsoft Dynamic NAV and Quality System to prepare Daily/Weekly/Quarterly/Project Quality Reports (Supplier, NCMR/MRB Quality Alert, SCAR, CAPA, Training, Inspection Method) which includes top defects, defect photos, FPY, to prepare excel report include failure rates/performance present in meetings per schedule for product and/or process improvement.
    • Other duties may be assigned based on customer/business demands
    Requirements

    Minimum Qualification Requirement:
    • Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Diploma in Mechanical, or 5 years priority work experience in related field with manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Highly experienced in GD T, system technical skills, process map, basic math, read mechanical drawings, and problem-solving skill are desired.
    • Ability to complete/manage tasks/assignments/project on-time with minimal supervision/guidance and handle multiple initiatives while meeting all deadlines.
    • Adaptable to quick direction change, results-oriented, driven, a self-starter, a team player that will thrive in an organizationally and the ability to work with a sense of urgency in a rapidly growing environment
    • Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
    Additional Qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of GD T, ANSI and familiar with basic measurement metrologies
    • Knowledge and high skill in CMM, SmartScope Flash and Bench tools
    • Good communication and written skills
    Physical Requirement:
    • Able to sit - work at the computer and under microscope for extended periods of time
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and personal accountability.
    • Able to lift and move up to 35 pounds occasionally
