    Job Summary:

    The RN Clinical Nurse I role involves providing professional nursing care through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, following facility protocols under nursing leader supervision.

    Essential Functions:

    • Collect and analyze relevant healthcare data.
    • Develop patient-centered care plans with measurable outcomes.
    • Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe environment.
    • Delegate tasks to healthcare team members as needed.
    • Evaluate progress and adjust care plans accordingly.
    • Communicate effectively and collaborate with key stakeholders.
    • Integrate evidence-based practice into nursing care.

    Educational Requirements and Certifications:

    • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
    • Hold a current Basic Life Support certification.
    • Possess a current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner in the state of work.
    • Familiarity with licensure requirements in National License Compact (NLC) states or non-NLC states.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Perform a range of physical activities including lifting, bending, and pushing.
    • Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and assist with patient care.
    • Have good English communication skills and sensory abilities.
    • Demonstrate critical thinking and quick decision-making skills.
