Nephrology Indiana - Physician Services
Description
Excellent Group practice located in Southern Indiana, close to Indianapolis.Currently a group of 5 Nephrologists.
Position is open due high growth.
They have 5 out patient offices and 5 dialysis units.
The providers work in the office and round on dialysis patients in the same town before or after their clinic time.
They see a wide variety of patients encompassing the full spectrum of OP and IP Nephrology and hypertension services.
Each provider sees appox 14 patients a day. Those include 3 new patients, 2 hospital discharges and 9 follow up patients. Each Nephrologist goes to3 dialysis units all within easy driving near each other.Call is 1 week per month They offer an above average salary which includes WRVUs, incentive bonuses, retention bonus, sign on and generous benefit package.
