Cholon Restaurant Concpets has recently opened up a beuatiful new location in the Sloans Lake neighborhood. Technically this is two concepts in one location.

The first is another of our wildly succesful Cholon Modern Asian restaurants.

Created by Chef Lon Symensma 13 years ago, Cholon Modern Asian has become a staple in the Denver dining scene.

Combining techniques and inspirations from his travels thru Europe and Asia, Chef Lon has created a truly iconic brand.

Directly next door is Gusto Italia which features hand made pasta's and pizzas. This small restaurant has been received by the city with open arms, with reservations booking out weeks in advance.

The menu is our take on regional food from all across Itlay, and its comploimented by an impressive wine program that focusses on small production, unique Italian wines at incredible prices.

We are looking for a hospitality focussed manager, who has the dexterity to run service at both of these restaurants.

You must be passionate about taking care of people, both the guest and your team.

Wine is a major part of what we do and we are looking for somebody who can help continue to move the program forward.

Hospitality is at the core of everything we do. We thrive in a healthy cuture of being "unreasonable" in the levels of hospitality we provide.

We are looking for a leader who understands this concept and who wants to be a part of something more than just another restaurant.
