Description

NUCKOLLS is currently seeking a dedicated leader to join our team, bringing with them a great sense of purpose and drive. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are the pioneers in our field.

As the chosen candidate, you will dive into understanding our established processes to cater to our existing base of 2,000 business clients. Moreover, you'll be instrumental in cultivating new relationships to expand our clientele through referrals and leads. Additionally, you'll take on the responsibility of overseeing a small yet dynamic team to carry out these essential tasks.

This position offers a weekly salary in the range of $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year, on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve the current client portfolio.
Explore fresh business prospects, particularly in the B2B sector.
Supervise and drive team performance and outcomes.
Provide training and guidance to new team members, acquainting them with existing systems.
Submit daily reports on field operations using our Salesforce-based CRM.
Focus daily on recruitment, training, and fostering leadership qualities.

Licensing Requirements:

Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
Must possess a clean background and reliable transportation.
Mandatory 45-day evaluation period before progression.
