Lead Cloud Security Architect
to join our team in the Hanscom, MA.
The Lead Cloud Security Architect will have extensive experience in designing and implementing security measures for cloud-based solutions.
As a Lead Cloud Security Architect, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure and solutions, developing, and implementing security standards and best practices, and providing technical guidance to other security architects and engineers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement security measures for cloud-based solutions that meet Government
requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other security architects and engineers.
Develop and implement security standards and best practices for cloud infrastructure and solutions in AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP cloud platforms hosted in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement secure cloud-based solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
Serve as a principal liaison for enterprise-level boundary defense initiatives to ensure consistent and sufficient identification and implementation of applicable cybersecurity controls in concert with the agency cybersecurity and cloud architecture and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) security guidelines.
Develop and maintain documentation related to cloud security solutions.
Understand the following standards:
DISA STIG and NIST SP
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud security, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role.
Experience with public cloud providers (certificate preferred) such as AWS, Azure, OCI, and GCP in FedRAMP and FedRAMP+ environments.
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for cloud-based solutions operating within the Government, including DoD Cloud Computing SRG v1 R 4 (or superseding versions or releases).
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clearance Requirements:
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility prior to starting this position.
Physical Requirements:
Use of computers and an ability for productivity in a government office environment within the Hanscom, MA area.
For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
