- Conduct research and provide findings in support of program's needs.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Support the development and coordination of briefing packages and program newsletters
- Be an integral member of a program management team and, in successive rotations, accept increasing responsibility.
- Analyzing complex processes from an enterprise perspective.
- Assessing operations, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and developing solutions.
- Creating and presenting briefings to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Current student enrolled at an accredited graduate or undergraduate program and in good standing.
- Pursuing a degree in business, finance, accounting, management, information technology or related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available for 10-12 weeks starting in May/June 2024
- Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient.
- Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters.
- Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment while maintaining high quality standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Perform general office duties, such as maintain paper and electronic files and databases, perform basic data entry, scan documents and save to network, prepare mailings, and deliver inter-office transmittals.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity or experience with SharePoint, authoring tools, and/or instructional design a plus
- Interns will need to provide their own transportation to and from work and locate and arrange for their own housing.
