- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant AEC industry-related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
- General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.
- Proven experience with commercial interior and exterior renovations; typical projects include interior admin spaces, HVAC replacement, roof replacements, parking lot resurfacing, electrical upgrades, small works, and other infrastructure-related projects. The selected project manager should be able to manage multiple projects in various stages in values.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
- Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills and the ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
- Ability to travel to complete site visits to monitor progress of projects from precon through the financial close-out.

About the Role:
As a CBRE Commercial Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for providingproject managementservicesfor commercial interior and exterior renovation projects for financial administrative facilitiesto help achieve the company's strategic business objectives.
This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.
WhatYou'llDo:
Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation are accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.
Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.
Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
Work within broad guidelines and policies and explain difficult or sensitive information.
