COOP Ale Works is a fifteen-year-old production/packaging craft brewery and beverage producer located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Job Description

The Warehouse Associate will report to the Logistics Manager and will function in all tasks and materials associated with maintaining and running a warehouse, including inbound and outbound shipments.

Job Responsibilities

Operate forklift, pallet jack, scissor lift, and similar industrial equipment
Pull and stage products for customer orders
Load product on trucks for outbound shipments to customers
Unload inbound shipments and place products in the correct warehouse locations
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Report daily progress, challenges, and concerns to management
Maintain clear direction and professionalism in the face of challenges and adversity
Maintain high levels of efficiency and follow proper protocol
Adhere to all safety protocol and PPE implementation requirements
Complete required daily inspections & follow up on open items
Conduct regular inventory counts

Candidate Qualifications Absolute

Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to excel in instances of limited direction
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and conflict-resolution skills
Dedicated sense of urgency and drive to achieve objectives
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with varying levels of importance and difficulty
Computer and software competency, proficiency in Excel
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment (ex., Forklift/Auto jack)
Display knowledge of mechanical equipment and ability to troubleshoot on the fly
Ability to lift 50lbs shoulder high and 100lbs waist high
Ability to climb stairs and ladders
Ability to work or stand for long stretches of time in the warehouse
Competence with all forms of safety protocol
Detail-oriented and diligent record keeper
Ability to work occasional weekends
Desire to work hard, play hard and get things done
Ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma ABLE License
Age requirement must be 21 or above
Experience with lot control and tracking
Food or beverage warehouse experience
Familiarity with beer and brewing processes
